5/11/08 05:47 am - Mini icon batch from Doctor Who 4x06 "The Doctor's Daughter"

So this is just a little set of icons of Jenny because I *love* her.

Also they are mostly from the scene of extreme woe.

Obviously this post contains spoilers for episode 4x06 if you ain't seen it yet. :)

3/25/08 09:16 pm - Love Actually music video

I decided to finally complete a music video last night. I've started lots over the years but always get bored partway through. Anyway I was determined to complete this one.

3/24/08 04:34 am - Angels in America icons (first batch)

Well, this is my first icon post as [info]victorious_dawn and my first on LJ in over a year. So I am very happy indeed to have the subject be Angels in America, a television programme close to my heart.

Anyway I am extremely rusty at iconing so I've just made them really simple for the time being.

3/22/08 09:57 pm - I look at you and smile because I'm fine.

Once again I return to the hallowed halls of LJdom under a new guise.

The time has come to unburden myself in an public forum of the many annoyances that make up my life.

These include (but are not limited to):

  • I currently have glandular fever (or some hideous similar viral thing)
  • Having to live with a girl who thinks she is a wolf. I kid you not.
  • Writer's Block
  • University. (Not one part of this I like)
  • Crappy family.(Yeah, I know we all got that one)
  • The fact that I find 80% of my friends irritating to the point of hate.
  • My own tardiness that means nothing gets finished, essays, journal entries, novels...
  • The extreme no-money that I have. 21st century Western poverty is thy name.
  • Just recently I got completely bored of most of my music.
  • Even my own whining annoys me!

Luckily, I don't care too deeply about any of that. What does it matter when I have the superficiality of the world of fiction to stick my head into.

So, let's consider this new LJ christened, baptised *insert religious, or indeed non-religious, ceremony of your choice*.

I'll just finish with what I am reading currently, which would be: The Golden Notebook by Doris Lessing
